My Mom Betty always referred to Kathleen to 'Aunty Kathleen' and whenever we got the chance to meet her, she always greeted us with a warm smile and good conversations.

I have lovely memories of visiting herself and Derry with my Mom Sheila throughout the years. I just loved and adored her and only regret not bringing herself and Derry up to visit us in Grenagh. I also have very fond memories of her while 'holidaying' in Whiddy where Aunty Kathleen worked like a trojan for Paddy.
Anyone who was lucky enough to have met or known Aunty Kathleen was always made to feel so welcome and special. Aunty's Kathleen's funeral service was beautiful and I feel so proud and honoured to be related to the Hanley Family.
