It was an absolute pleasure working with Les in Galloping Green for those great years we all had there. I'm happy to be able to look upon him as a friend and not just as a work colleague. He will be sorely missed and remembered fondly by those who knew him.

I am so sorry to read about Les's death, he was a gentleman's with a great sense of humour and fun, he will be missed by all who knew him.

Les, you were one of life’s true gentlemen. Thank you for the many years of kindness and laughter you shared with all of us in St. Peter’s. Every day I met you was brighter for it.
