I was saddened to learn of Maria's passing. Such a energetic person. I have being friends of Maria and Tony since 82 . Rest in peace Maria . The ones god likes most he takes first.

I knew Maria through her friendship with my daughter Fiona. I can honestly say there are few people that i've met in my life like Maria - she was a wonderful human being in every way, an Inspiration to me in the way she bore her illness.

I'm so sorry for you Maria that you lost your fight to live. You tried so hard & you were always so positive. We have great memories of our time in the folk group together & treading the boards in Brockagh in the musicals & pantos. You were a talented singer & actress & gave so much to the Roundwood community. It was a privilege to have done all these things with you. You've been taken way too soon.
