Martha Quinlan
(née Fitzell)

I am so sorry to hear - and so late - of Martha's death. We were dear friends long ago in Coláiste Íde, and visited one another's homes in Brendan's Park and Ballinleague regularly. As life went on, we met only rarely, but old friendships never die. I miss her being in the world, she has always been often in my thoughts. My deepest sympathy to you all, I know what a loss Martha is. I also knew Gerry, who spent a while in the Ventry of my youth.

enough to meet up with her on ones infrequent visits to the "Old Sod" She was a generous and erudite
host to my brother Michael and myself when Gerald introduced us to Skull.
