She lived such a good life all the memories we have together she was so full of life and was such a good soul everyone loved her so much we will miss her greatly ever tho we weren't the best of friends she still brang a smile my face every day and we all loved her for that

My sympathies to all the Murphy family for the loss of a very special lady. "Mrs, Murphy" taught us piano as primary school children. She welcomed us all into her cosy and artistic home weekly. Her warm smile was a constant and freshly baked cookies not unusual. Marie's love of music, people and animals/nature were infectious, She was a lady "loaded with generosity" and will always be remembered fondly and in gratitude.

To Mrs Murphy's family, please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your mother. Mrs Murphy taught me piano when I was a child/teen. When I reflect back at the patience she showed me, this in itself should grant her an easy pass into heaven / sainthood. She was so warm, kind, caring and talented. I have fond memories of my mother driving me up the avenue to her beautiful house and being greeted by her 2 lovely dogs and Mrs Murphy could be seen happily playing piano inside. Every week without fail, she would open the door with a such a warm welcome to me. She was an absolute lady. When I see a Christmas cactus in bloom I always think of her. Rest in Peace Mrs Murphy.

We extend our condolences to Marie’s family and friends. Marie was a brilliant mentor who supported me through many years of piano playing. She instilled a deep love of music, and fondly approached her students as ‘bright stars in the making’. Her praises and cheery warmth continue to resound. May she rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to all of the Murphy family on the passing of Marie. I had the pleasure of getting to know Marie over the last 2 years. I used to take her on wednesdays to the wellness centre in carrigoran. She was a kind, gentle lovely lady. I will miss her. Rest in eternal peace Marie xx 🙏🙏. Theresa Corry
