I was so sorry to hear of Maura's sudden passing and still can't believe she is gone, Maura always brightened up our holidays as children in Roscahill with her tricks and stories. Always a welcome. To Daniel, Loretta, Alan and Jamie, and their children, we are so sorry for the loss of your mum and Mamó. Also sincere sympathy to Tom and Seamus. May Maura rest in peace.

Last weekend, Oct 2nd, I met a friend from Galway and in passing I asked if she had seen Maura recently. I was SO shocked to hear that she had passed away! I only knew her from the Mystery Tours but she was the epitome of life, so full of life and fun, she would lift any gathering with her wit and laughter..A few days later and I'm still in shock. But that can come nowhere near her family's sense of shock and loss. My heart goes out to you all at this time...there must be a huge empty space left that no one but Maura could fill. You're all in my thoughts and prayers and I've no doubt she's looking down on you all and will help you through these difficult times. I leaba na naoimh go raibh si.

Maura looked after my husband Colm while he was in UCHG after an accident. She was so kind, caring and helpful and all our family got to know her well. We are so sorry to hear of her untimely passing. May she rest in peace.
