Mum (Kathleen) was especially saddened by the news and has been reflecting on the many special memories they shared over the years.

I was so sorry to hear this news. My sincere condolences to Ann and all the family. May was a lovely neighbour to us over many years and my mother was very fond of her. I can still see her running across the road at midnight on a freezing New Year’s Eve 2021 to hug my mother and wish her a Happy New Year. Such a great generation , you will miss her dearly - but I hope you all find comfort remembering all the happy memories in time . May she Rest In Peace .
