Sincere condolences to Cillian, the McSweeney family and the troops to friends Micheal had far and wide across Cork and beyond. He was an outstanding GAA administrator and gave countless years service to our young people organising games and sorting problems in the Bord na nOg. He was a man of great values and treated everyone with respect and provided a model example for the way things should be done to many. Sincere sympathy to the extended McSweeney family on the death of Michael. It is only 3 weeks ago that I was in Fountainstown and enquired about his well being. When I was in the Co juvenile Board in the early 90 s. He was a most efficient Runai. He gave his.life to the GAA and was there to help at all times. There is no doubt he was a friend within the GAA. May He Rest In Peace.
