Very sorry to learn of Monica's death. I recall her vividly from our time at St Abban's primary school where her vivacious, effervescent manner and subtle intellect raised our spirits on the gloomiest of days. We all loved her warm, welcoming smile, her generous heart, and delightful humour. Her mellifluous voice brought honours to Adamstown in our regional choir competitions. A lovely neighbour, a credit to the teaching profession, and a very sad loss.
