It was with great sadness that I heard of the passing of my beloved godmother, Auntie Nell. Every Christmas unfailingly Nell would visit us in Limerick and remembered to leave a gift under the tree for me. She has been a part of our family all our lives, and we were so delighted that she managed to attend all our functions. Her presence always added to the enjoyment and lifted everyone’s spirits. Her family meant everything to her and she looked forward to the many trips abroad to visit them. She is with her sisters now as well as Nana and Grandad, and will rejoice in their company again. Our deepest sympathies to Erwin, Karl and their families.
