To Bob and the extended family, so sorry to hear that Niamh has passed away. My daughters had a wonderful time in Narnia and I will always be grateful for the great care Niamh ensured there. May she Rest in Peace now, Susan (& Sophia and Jenna) Moore

Dear Bob, Aoibheann and all the Leeney family,

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Niamh. While I never met her, we spoke a good few times on the phone and I really enjoyed our conversations. You could tell she was just an amazing lady with such a great personality and positive outlook on life. Our phonecalls always had lots of laughter!

I lost my own dad a few years ago but I know he is still with us. I have no doubt that Niamh will always be watching over you. May she rest in peace.

Our 3 girls have very fond memories of their time attending creche and pre-school in Narnia. In Narnia, Niamh created a wonderful safe and fun environment for our precious children. We could leave them safe in the knowledge they were being cared by staff and management who worked to the exacting high standards that Niamh had set.
When I met Niamh in recent years in Wexford. She had such energy, undertaking house renovations, she had such infectious positivity and joie de vivre it is hard to believe that she was so ill. A life well lived.

We felt so fortunate to have been taught and guided by the best and Niamh was ahead of everyone with how Narnia /Aslan was ran . We are deeply saddened to hear the news that Niamh has passed away. We got to know Niamh nearly 30 years ago when our children started to attend Narnia/Aslan. Niamh was very far ahead of her time in her approach to education and welfare of the children in her care. Autism wasn't understood or even seen back then but Niamh stood out as having a compassionate and inclusive approach even when times were tough.

Very sad and shocked to hear of Niamh’s passing. Myself and my twin sister, Orla started in Sion Hill with Niamh all those years ago and caught up for our 20th school reunion in 1992. Our next recent connection was through WhatsApp, which Niamh set up, where we had good banter and chat. Niamh was a very intelligent and vibrant lady and will be a great loss to her husband, Bob and her adored children and grandchildren. Thinking of you all at this very sad time. Niamh rest in peace.
