To Siobhan and all the family. I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of your lovely sister. May she rest in peace.
To all of the family and wide circle of friends of our dear colleague Niav. For over two decades, she was such a cheerful and friendly partner in Arthur Cox. She was an outstanding lawyer, recognised internationally, to boot. She was also a wonderful mentor to so many young lawyers who she cared for so authentically, always generous with her time and wisdom. Her loss is felt deeply by all her colleagues in Arthur Cox and her fellow retirees. How cruel that Niav did not get to enjoy the retirement she so richly deserved. Rest in peace Niav.
To Gary and all of Niav's family we send our deepest sympathies. We are thinking of you at this sad time. We will remember Niav with great fondness.
Best wishes, Damien Adams and Janet
Sincere condolences to Niav's family for your loss. She was wonderful company, so generous with her time, great fun, and a brilliant lawyer, adjudicator and educator. May she rest in peace now.
So sad to hear of Niav's passing - I knew her in a professional capacity for over 25 years. She was highly respected in the field of the resolution of construction disputes. My sincere condolence to Niav's family, friends and colleagues.
I was profoundly saddened to hear of Niav's untimely passing but have taken solace in remembering the amazing times we had together when we were younger. She was a woman of grace, warmth and great humanity. RIP Niav. My condolences to all her friends and family.
We express our sincere condolences to the family of the late Niav O'Higgins; and to her friends and her wide circle of close knit former colleagues from her time at Arthur Cox and before that at Masons. The news of her untimely passing is a shock to all. She will live in our memories as a true professional in every sense of her calling.
May she rest in peace.
James and Jane.
