I met Noel over 50 years ago when I first came to Bantry, he was a kind, caring & extremely talented man, a true gentleman. He will be sadly missed by all.

Noel was a man who loved his town & that was returned in kind.A highly skilled Painter & Decorator he gave freely to the the old & infirm just for the pleasure of doing good deeds.
Above all, Noel was a proud Republican when it was easier to look in the other direction, he stood by his Republican values in every aspect of his life. I was honoured to call him a comrade. My sincere Sympathy to Mary & the Horgan Family in their time of grief.
