Noel, was blessed with a gift, almost a magical touch, he made all he met feel better & enriched their day. He sprinkled joy wherever he was. This is a blessed gift so few have, makes his passing such a sad loss.

So sad to learn of Noel’s passing. He was a gentleman on the inside and outside. Always so dapper. Wore a wonderful smile and spoke to everyone.
