I am deeply shocked to hear of the passing of Orla. We started school together in kindergarten in Dominican College, Eccles Street. I have so many lovely memories of Orla, who was alway top of the class. I remember asking her how did she manage to always get great marks in school, and she told me she used to do her homework in the garden listening to the birds singing. May she rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to all the family.

Orla & I started Kindergarten together in Dominican College Eccles Street & we were together in school up until we did our Leaving Cert in 1981

I remember Orla as a gentle kind & super bright girl
I am truly shocked to read of her passing at such a young age
