Owen was a lovely neighbour to have. Kind, quiet in his own way and a little twinkle in his eye . Condolences to Erik and the wider family on his passing . May he rest in peace.
I knew Owen for many years when I was a community garda and would arrange Garda bus outings with Wendy for the Eastwell residents. Owen was a lovely intelligent man and will be missed by all.

Owen was a kind, respectful man with a gentle soul. He was much loved at Eastwell and will be missed greatly by all his friends here.
