Today family and friends gather to say farewell to Pacelli - a man who meant so much to so many people. To us he will always be a cherished family friend whose generosity and love knew no bounds. Our holidays to Avenue Road and Blackrock were full of fun and adventures. Pacelli always took time to bring us on road trips even though he was always so busy. While he was an astute business man, always on the go, he was first and foremost a dedicated family man. He had a massive presence, a booming voice and a personality which drew people to him.

He loved the family holidays in Achill where he fished, rested and relaxed.

Our hearts are broken for Aileen, Ciarán & Rosarie, Rose, Niamh & Shane, Kitty, Harry & Mary, cherished grandchildren and the extended O'Donoghue & Lennon families. We also think of Pacelli's neighbours and huge circle of friends at this very sad and lonely time.

It's impossible to forget someone who gave us all so much to remember.

Celli, you have joined the heavenly choir and are re-united with your parents, Julia and your beloved and much missed son Niall. May you rest in eternal peace.xx

Aw Uncle Chelli, I can still hear your booming laugh across the room. You always loved the craic and how you cared and supported many of us nieces and nephews. You and Aileen took me to Torremolinos when I was 12 and we had the most wonderful holiday. Myself, Ciaran, Niall and Niamh played star wars, although I still don't know why I always had to play Chewbacca. And all our holidays together in Butlins. Marvelous memories. We will remember you as a lovely uncle who was always happy to see us. I hope heaven is waiting with open arms for you.
