My sympathy to Slyvia.and all the family on the occasion of Pamela’s death, may she rest in peace.
Deep sympathy to Donal, Cliodhna, Rowan and family on the passing of Pamela. She was a wonderful, generous and inspiring neighbour and true friend for 50 years. I truly miss you Pamela.
A truly admirable woman. Two memories - her welcoming tolerance of repeated invasions of the Battery by the Dublin University Sub-Aqua Club under divemaster Donal, and decades later warm lively afternoon chats with seriously generous donations of Redbreast whiskey. God bless Pamela.
From the first time I visited, The Battery felt like a second home, largely thanks to how welcoming Con and Pamela always were. Almost a second mother to many of us, Pamela did not merely let us invade her home: she was always happy to engage us in sparkling and, more importantly, irreverent conversation. Rest well, Mother M, and if there is a Heaven, give 'em Hell!
So sorry to hear of pamela's passing. We sadly only met once in morans of weir galway about 20 years ago. Great night and great craic. Sincere condolences to all extended family. Martin casserly, 50 father griffin road, galway.
My sincerest condolences to the Manahan family and her sisters Sylvia and Peggy on the passing of your wonderful mum, sister and all round wonderful human being.

She was a true force of nature, a joy to be around and exceptionally friendly, generous of her time and hospitality. I count myself fortunate to have known her. May she rest in peace.

Aunty P was more than an aunt to me, she loved me like a daughter, loved my kids, was interested in all our tales to tell. She brought me to the Bad Ass cafe after the 1984 Rosc art exhibit and it was the most amazing coolest day out ever. She made my Debs dress, my wedding invitations, my wedding flowers. She was a constant in my life. I'm so glad she is at peace now and hopefully doing the crossword with dad.
Much love to you all and my deepest condolances Cliona, Rowan, Donal, Luke, Leah, Lynn, Jane, Brian and David.
Condolences to Rowan, Cliona, Donal and all the extended Manahan and Casserly families on the sad news of Pamela’s passing.
So sad to hear the news of Pam's passing. We will always cherish the memory of Pam regaling us with stories and heroic tales of family generations past, which she would relate with great gusto and fondness. We so admired Pam's superior skills in the horticultural, craft, and design spheres, and her great warmth and unswerving hospitality was a delight. Most of all, we will miss Pam's love of life, and her great gift of sharing it with us all.
Rest in peace, Auntie Pam.

(my) Auntie Pamela. Always game for a laugh. Oodles of Love. The kettles on, was an automatic and … a bit of cake. “now there”. Conversations would cover a thousand topics. No one gave a warmer constant more loving welcome. With her birthday August 1st and my Ron’s birthday the same (but decades later:) that was an ideal name snap for me. Con. Ron. Oh how I and my 3 boys miss you already. Pass warm Hello’s my Auntie Pamela to all who got up there before. xxoo
My sympathies to all of Pamela’s extended family on the sad occasion of her death. My late wife Isabel and Pamela had a special relationship and I too remember her very fondly. May she Rest In Peace.
