So sorry to hear of the sad passing of Patrick. I knew him from Coláiste Neifinn in Glenamaddy which was run by his uncle Rónán. He was such a sound lad and always made everyone feel included throughout the two weeks. May he rest in peace.

Dear Damien, Fiona, Siobhán, Liam, Louise and extended family. My heart goes out to you all. I can’t imagine how difficult it is for you having lost Patrick. Such a lovely lad and proper gentleman. Ye raised him well; it is so cruel that he has been taken away from you. I hope that you can take some comfort in knowing that you raised such a fine son, who will always be remembered fondly around the village. I’m sure his friends in UL, from school and beyond will also remember him fondly and cherish the memories that he helped create. He would have made a fine engineer on completing college. Combining his entrepreneurship (‘hEnjoy’ was fantastic) and his kind nature with the training he was getting in UL, he was destined for a career that would have a big positive impact on people’s lives. But from the messages posted here already, it is clear that he’s already had such a hugely positive influence on so many people. I hope that you can take some comfort in that.
