It was a privilege to have worked with him as a colleague and friend in TMS. He was very supportive of all who worked alongside him but most importantly he helped and encouraged all the students and was always there for them. I remember his determination while he was in training for the Camino. He was out and about, early each morning, with a rucksack on his back.
