Dear Frank, we have lots of memories of Pauline from Abu Dhabi. She was larger than life with her roaring laugh. I’m sure she’s making them belly laugh in heaven right now, the angels’ wings will be jolting with laughter, feathers everywhere. Lots of thoughts to you and family. We are so gutted for the loss of our 'Aunt' Pauline.
Pauline and Frank were so generous to us when we visited for several days in the summer of 2022.
Our heart breaks for our 'Uncle' Frank, Mark, Marta, and Elisa.

Although it had been decades since Irim and Pauline last saw one another in person (they originally met in the UAE), Pauline and Irim were able to stay in touch, and has long been one of our favourite people to correspond with.

She will be enormously missed.

Having read all the messages of condolence they are so true about a wonderful lady we all called our friend Pauline. Every message expresses the joy Pauline brought to the friendship we shared with her and Frank. In our case in the sunshine of the Algarve where they were amongst the leading lights of the Boliqueime Mafia. Pauline's charm, humour and style shone through and that infectious laugh and twinkle in the eyes was a delight. They were memorable times, and the Irish humour was always to the fore. You will remain in our minds. Our deepest sympathies are with Frank, Mark and all family members.

Fifty five years ago this "force of nature" called Pauline Gibbon came to London. Pauline, then aged around 20, was a fiery, vivacious Irish beauty with a quick, husky laugh. Everyone noticed Pauline. And those Irish eyes !! And did she chew her food at all before swallowing ? There were more important things to consider. She was a really, really quick eater.
When you died, you were only 68 and you left us too early. In honour of you we, in London, have called your time here the "Pauline years". I guess there are many others around the world who could say the same.

My heat is broken. To lose such a special person that we all loved so much. I loved her honesty, sense of humour, and her presence, we had many a great night and especially with her mam Cathleen, my mum, and Mary. I will miss her so very much. But was blessed to have had her in my life.
She is now out of all the pain and suffering she went through over the last few weeks. May she bring havoc and laughter where ever she is. Condolences to Frank, Mark. Marta, Elisa, John David Pam and all extended family may she rest in peace xx Tucker family.

Our sincerest condolences to Mark and family. We were lucky enough to have first met Pauline when we moved to skerries 9 years ago. She was a very kind, thoughtful person and so much fun. She will be sorely missed.

5 0 clock rock it was just fantastic especially when Pauline would hold court and just say it as it is to some real numpties that lived in Boliqueime the laughter was side splitting xx absolutely beautiful memories xxx what Steve and I will cherish more is when we came to stay with you guys in Loughshinny the memories will live with us forever xxx. I have come to know and love Pauline as a true lady, with an infectious laughter and genuine sense of friendship. She befriended my late wife Olive and helped her through a very low time. Pauline is remembered with great fondness.
