I had the pleasure of working with Phil in the early 00's. It was mentioned in the notice that Phil was clever, capable, courageous. I couldn't agree more.

I met Phillip while on vacation in Dublin. I was a stranger to the city and the residents. Phillip pulled me into his group that night and included me. I was not a stranger when he showed up.
You all had a wonderful son, brother, uncle, father, and grandfather. I and many others had a great friend. My heart is sad for all who are missing him.
