Very sorry to hear of Canon Dunphy's passing and great memories of him as our curate in Killasmeetia. I Charlie served early Mass every morning for him in church. He was a lovely gentle priest. May he now rest in peace and his good deeds go with him to his Heavenly home.

Canon Dunphy was ahead of his time during his circa 16 years in Camross. Since sympathy to the extended Dunphy family and his Confreres on the death of Canon Larry.
He is very fondly remembered in Camross for bringing the big Showbands to fundraise for the construction of the the new Church - a lasting testament to his memory. He was also involved in the hurling particularly training the juvenile and camogie teams. We were so privileged to have him as our Curate for a long number of years.
May his kind and gentle soul now rest in peace as he joins his brothers and sisters with the Lord.

Sincere Condolences to All Fr Lar 's family, Relatives, and a large circle of friends.
As a Bunlacken Native, he always had a kind word for us.
Fr Lar used to spin around on his bike when he was in St John's Parish visiting the sick and it was lovely to often meet him back then on Michael St.
In more recent years,we met him at the social dancing in Urlingford, with a friendly word for everyone and maybe a Waltz with his old neighbor
