Sean, our hearts are broken. Since the first day I met you, I knew you were so special. That Irish smile and the fun and joy in your soul is irreplaceable. You were always dressed up in style and had so much light and love radiating every single day. You touched so many hearts and did more than you will ever know. Carers, friends, bus drivers and all the staff felt your love and fun. I trust the love and constant care your family surrounded you in will help carry them through this tremendous loss. You always lit up when chatting about your baby sister Saoirse. Forever cherished and missed. 🇺🇸 ☘️ Rest easy Angel boy 😇
