Duddy and Sahin, there are just no words , my deepest condolences on the loss of Shane. Shane had the ability to light up every room he came into, and has made a huge impact on my life. During the Mass it was clear just how deeply Shane touched the lives of those around him. Everyone spoke so fondly of his witty, courageous nature and the infectious smile that could truly light up any room.
Shane became the incredible person he was because he was raised with such love, joy, and unwavering support.

We watched the requiem Mass of Shane today.
There is no doubt in our minds but that Shane is gone straight up to heaven.

We hatched plans of divilment, we did a serious amount of messing, the way you communicated & the craic we all had with you was never ending. You were a genuine joy to be around. The sound of your laughter is something I am going to miss so so much. You were one in a million Shane & the void you left can never be filled but we will keep your memory alive every day. Your strength, determination & resilience is unmatched as is that of your mother & father.

Duddy & Sahin, I’m so sorry for the loss of the incredible boy you raised. I hope in time you find comfort in the fact that the impact Shane had on everyone he met will stay with us all forever & the memories we created with him will live on in all of us. I’ve memories that will last a life time with Shane, he brought fun and laughter to every shift that would carry on throughout the week, the jokes, the singing and the lies he’d tell us. His smile and laugh were infectious. It was a privilege to know Shane and we’ll never forget the fun he brought to our lives.

To Duddy and sahin, yous are the best parents you could have been to Shane he was so so lucky to have your love and devotion. It was remarkable to see and we always spoke about the bond yous had. He loved yous both so so much.
