Mary so happy for you...a short life encased in long memories
A life recently as dark as the the coco cola you loved
But bright as the globe shaped fridge that kept your soul and body together
Gifted beyond the ordinary
Yet simple as a dove
Wise beyond all knowing
Yet
Childlike in your ways
Unremitting to the end
Ensuring you did your thing
Lovingly.
Mary I remember our car exchange
The car bought at the airport Skoda
Bringing solace ease calmness to our new citizens
A life whose gift was hidden in many ways in the God you Loved and believed in to the Ultimate beginning of your new life of
Resurrection.
Thank you Mary for your light in the darkness to many hidden folks.
We haven't lost someone we have gained a shining light.
Moira

Dear Mary I leave you this pomea:
When I'm gone, let go and let me go.
I have so many things to see and do.
You must not tie me to your tears.
Be happy; we had so many years together and I gave you my love.
You can only try to guess how much happiness you gave me.
I thank you for all the love each of you gave me.
But now it is time for me to travel alone.
So, if you feel sad for me, be sad for a little while only; then....
Let your sadness turn to trust and faith.
It's only for a moment that we'll be apart, so bless the memories in your heart.
I will not be far away, for life goes on.
And if you need me, call me, pray to me and I will come into your hearts... Though you may not see me or touch me, I will be near.
And if you listen with your heart, you will hear around you very softly and very clearly my love.
Then, when it is your turn to come this very way, I will come out to greet you with a smile and welcome you home.
to your home.
Rest in Peace Mary, you have reached the fullness. As a part of the prayer of St. Ignatius says "Take Lord and receive. .... All that I have and all that I possess you have given me to you, Lord.... Give me your love and graces, for this is enough for me".
See you soon.

Mary was a woman of great dreams and desires, an inspiration when I first met her over twenty years ago, and still an inspiration now. Her vision was almost too broad and her gifts too many to be able to channel them for the ministries she saw were needing to be done. May her great soul rest in peace, and may she be remembered as the blessing and challenge she was to all of us who met and loved her. Rise in Glory, Mary, and may your memory be a blessing.
— Helen Cameron, IBVM, Toronto
