It was with great sadness that I learned of Tom's death. Tom was a true gentleman, alway willing to help anyone. He was a friend to many here in Knocklyon and he will be sadly missed. May he rest in peace.

A huge loss to Kerry and Knocklyon. One of nature's gentlemen will not be forgotten. His quiet, and dignified demeanour was his great gift. Obliging, courteous, and helpful he was a good citizen and excellent company.

I spent many happy and competitive hours with him on the golf courses and each game was a wonderful contest.

I'm so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I knew him as a neighbour and when I was a student in St Colmcilles. He was a true gentleman, much loved by everyone at the school and all of his neighbours.

Tom was a kind sincere gentleman. I worked with Tom in St. Colmcilles Knocklyon. He was always willing to help me whenever I needed something in my classroom fixed or a shelf hung. His presence was a positive light to all. May he rest in peace.

As Tom’s next door neighbour for many years I am very sad at his sudden passing. I will always remember him as a quiet, gentle & very kind man. On behalf of the priests in Knocklyon Parish, I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to Tom's family especially his sister Josephine. Tom lived here in Knocklyon and he was also a much loved care taker of our Primary Schools for a number of years. I remember Tom as a real gentleman, kind, thoughtful, unassuming and very hard working. He had a lovely gentle sense of humour and always met you with a smile. He was a man of deep faith. May he rest in peace.

I remember Tom fondly as a colleague in St Colmcilles but also as a very kind, gentleman, who never passed me by without a friendly gesture and smile. He was dearly missed when he left St.Colmcilles but my thoughts are with his family and friends as this is such a greater loss. Rest in Peace.
