My condolences to Tom’s family on your sad loss - we were colleagues in Udarás and there are many memories from that era. Tom wasn’t short of opinions! Who was?! There were some memorable road trips to Dun na nGall and elsewhere. May he rest in eternal peace. Sean Ó’Faoláin.

I remember Uncle as a man of great dignity — quiet, kind, and deeply decent. He carried himself with honesty and care, a true man of his time. His presence may have been understated, but the goodness of his character left a lasting impression.
