David F. (Barry) Kenny

KENNY (Lower Pouladuff Road and formerly of Clarkes Road, Cork): On 29th June 2024, peacefully, after a short illness in the presence of his family at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, DAVID F. (BARRY) (formerly of Telecom Éireann and OPW Charles Fort), dearly beloved husband of Marceline (née O’Reilly), cherished Dad of David, Linda (O’Driscoll) and Finbarr, adored Grandpa of Cormac, Lucia, Dylan, Evan, Calum, Ronan and Ciara, dear brother of Terry, Richard, Andrew and the late Seán and Toinette, and loving father-in-law of Mark, Ethna and Deborah.

He will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends.

 

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Tuesday (July 2nd) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday (July 3rd) in Church of The Assumption, Ballyphehane, which can be viewed here.

 

Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
