Treasured member of John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.
Peacefully after a brief illness & at the heart of his loving family.
Beloved husband & best friend of Mary, adored father of Mary, Eamonn, David, Clive, Darragh & Jonathan & dearly loved brother of Seán, Jimmy, Billy & the late Kitty & Matt. He will be sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife, sons, daughter, his cherished grandchildren, Luke, Dawn, Daniel, Katie, Emma, Tadhg, Kyle, Halle, Thomás, Amy, Killian, Síofra, Donnacha, Courtney, Abbie, Aoife & Adele, great-grandchildren Luca, Delilah & Tom, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & so many dear friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at his residence (Y14 VW30) from 12 noon until 8pm on Sunday & Monday. Removal on Tuesday morning at 11.20, driving to St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam
Funeral afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium, walking to The Bridge. Eamon’s committal service will be celebrated at 4pm in the Victorian Chapel & this too can be viewed via live-stream
