Eddie McElroy

McElroy, Eddie (Iveagh Trust, Kevin Street and late of Daricia Ltd, Dublin Display Centre,  James Street and Old Bride Street)  August 12th, 2022 (peacefully) after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Donal Hollywood Ward, St. James' Hospital.

Beloved husband and best friend of Kathleen, adored dad of Brian, Robbie and Alison and devoted nanda of Charlie, Harry, Carson and Phoebe.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Paula, sons-in-law Ray and Neil, brother Brian, sister Eileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncle, cousins,  relatives and many friends.

May Eddie rest in peace

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Tuesday from 5pm to 8pm and then at his family home on Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12.30pm in Church of St. Nicholas of Myra, Francis Street followed by Cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the Donal Hollywood Ward, St. James' Hospital.
