Eilish McKay
(née Byrne)
Peacefully in her 94th year following a brief illness.
Wife of the late Brian, adored mother of Declan, Anne, Valerie, Elizabeth & the late Brian & much loved sister of Eine & the late Tom, Georgie, Patrick, Seán, Brendan, Kevin, Margaret & Kathleen. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing son, daughters, sons-in-law Jim, Kevin & David, daughter-in-law Tuula, grandchildren Helen, Mark, Ronan, Declan, Maeve, Jack & Emerald, great-grandson James, brother-in-law Sammy, cousin, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home from 5pm until 8pm on Thursday (12th September). Removal on Friday morning (13th September) at 9.20 to St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock, walking via South Green. Those who cannot attend the Mass are welcome to join via webcam;
