Hannah O'Sullivan
(née Collins)

O’SULLIVAN (Scart, Bantry): On December 18, 2020 following an illness borne with strength, courage and dignity, in the exceptional care of Dr Mark Hannon, his medical team and the wonderful staff at Bantry General Hospital, HANNAH (née Collins), beloved wife of the late Jerome (Cumba), dearly loved mother and friend of Catherine (Stevens), Sheila and Patricia (Bowen), adoring grandmother of Iarom. Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, brother John, sister Mary (Mac Donald), sisters-in-law May and Kitty, brother-in-law Denis, sons-in-law Sidney and Leonard, nephews, nieces, extended family, her wonderful neighbours and friends.

I’ve prayed to God before I die that I will see again

The lovely land so dear to me that I’ll return again

But fortune seems against me, I’m getting old and grey

And never more will see my home near dear old Bantry Bay

May she rest in peace
