Joe Phelan

Joe Phelan, late of Sweetbriar Lawn, Tramore, died Wednesday 7th October, 2020. He passed away, peacefully, surrounded by his family, in the exceptional care of the staff of the Cherry Ward in the University Hospital of Waterford. Cherished husband of his heartbroken wife Fiaro, beloved father of Deirdre, Louise, Linda and James and devoted granddad to his 13 adored grandchildren.

A true gent and a loving soul he will be greatly missed by his brother Pat, Daughter-in-law Michelle, Sons-In-law Liam, Dave, Chris and his many friends.

Reposing at James Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, on Thursday the 8th of October, from 4.30pm to 6pm. Departing his residence at 11am on Friday the 9th October to arrive at the Holy Cross Church, Tramore, for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial immediately afterwards in St Declan’s  cemetery , Riverstown, Tramore. 

In accordance with current Government and H.S.E. guidelines, Joe’s reposal and burial will take place privately. House Strictly Private at all times. The family appreciate your support, respect and sympathy at this time. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Waterford Hospice.
