JOHN CHARLES LEVIS

LEVIS (Aghada, Cork) on September 16th 2022 peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the tender care of St. Luke’s Home, Cork, JOHN CHARLES. Beloved husband and best friend of Ruth (née Shorten), loving dad to Sarah, Andrew and Caroline, dear brother of Brian and the late Avril and Trevor. Sadly missed by Anthony, Niamh, Nicholas, also his adored grandchildren, in-laws, nephews and nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Fondly remembered by the Community of Midleton College where John was Deputy Principal and by Midleton Rugby Football Club where John is a Past President.

HOUSE PRIVATE.

John will repose on Monday 19th September from 5pm-7pm in Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton followed by Reception into St. John the Baptist Church, Midleton.

Funeral Service on Tuesday 20th at 2pm followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard.
