Marian Leahy

Leahy (St. Michael’s Road, Farranree, Cork), on March 10th 2024, peacefully in the presence of her loving family at Cork University Hospital; Marian (late of Bracken’s Café, Paul Street), beloved mother of Lloyd, Dawn and Gary, much loved daughter of the late Mary-Ellen and Jimmy McSweeney and dearest aunt of the late Brendan McSweeney. Sadly missed by her heartbroken sons, daughter, grandchildren Clodagh, Aaron, Ryan, Cian, Theo and Aoife, sister Margaret, brothers Finbarr, John, James, Gerard, Michael, Joe and Terry, daughters-in-law Sarah and Denise, son-in-law Derek, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Visitation at O’ Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Tuesday, March 12th, from 4.00pm to 5.00pm, with prayers at 4.45pm. Requiem Mass in The Church of The Resurrection, Farranree on Wednesday, March 13th, at 1.00pm. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
