The death has occurred of
Martin McDonnell
McDONNELL (Onslow Gardens and late of Templeacre Avenue): On 18th October 2022, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Cork University Hospital, MARTIN (late of Jamaica Banana Company/Fyffes), loving husband and best friend of Marian (née Buckley), adored dad to Orla, Natalie, Colin and Katie, idolized grandad to Ellie, Luke, Sophie, Alex, Elliot, Alfie, Archie and Marty, dear brother of Mary, Bernie, Declan and the late Noel, Joe and Georgina.
Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and his lifelong friend Tadgh. Our utmost thanks to Dr. Mike Clarkson and the whole team of 4C who cared for Dad.
Reposing in the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd: On Thursday (October 20th) from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Friday (October 21st) in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree which can be viewed on
Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
