Ted O'Shea

Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry.  Beloved husband of Cecilia and loving father of Bernard, Colette, Deirdre, Mairéad, Timothy and the late baby Nora-Anne. Very sadly missed and dearly loved by his family, his grandson Eoin, daughter-in-law Clare, Mairéad's partner Eamon, sisters Madeleine, Margaret, Bridget and Bernie, brothers Jim and Brian, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, his many dear friends and his former work colleagues in Teagasc. Predeceased by his sisters Sr. Anne Thérese and Nora.

In accordance with Government and HSE guidelines and in the interest of public health, a private family funeral will take place for Ted O'Shea in St Mary's Cathedral.  Ted's Requiem Mass will be live streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/killarneycathedral on Thursday morning at 10.30am followed by burial afterwards in Muckross Abbey.  Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to the Irish Kidney Association (Kerry Branch) or the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry.  If you wish to offer your condolences online, please click on the link below.
