The death has occurred of
Tom Patrick Bracken
Tom Patrick Bracken, St. Kevin's Terrace, Ballycoogue and St. Coleman's Hospital Rathdrum, peacefully after a long illness surrounded by his wife Caroline, daughters Natalie and Kally and brother Gabriel.
Predeceased by his parents Mary and Bill and son Ronan. Sadly, missed by his wife Caroline, daughters Natalie and Kally, sisters Geraldine and Martina, brothers Leo, Colm, Damien, Pascal, Dermot and Gabriel, nieces, nephews, brothers in law, sisters in law, extended family and friends.
Reposing at Byrne’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Aughrim on Saturday 8th March from 11am with removal at 1.30pm to St. Kevin’s Church, Ballycoogue for Funeral Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to St. Colman’s Hospital, Rathdrum.
